Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting inbound customer inquiries, processing orders, following up on leads, and maintaining high levels of service to ensure a positive customer experience across every interaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment aligned with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Support customers using our new e-commerce platform, assisting with web orders, product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery tracking
  • Process sales orders and enter customer data accurately in CRM and ERP systems
