Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Lead generation and schedule face-to-face meetings for the Managers/Seniors.
  • Maintain lead records and meet calling targets


Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (Cargo Logistics preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven and customer-focused mindset


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across assigned regions and focus sectors.
  • Conduct market mapping and maintain customer intelligence within the region.
  • Identify, prioritize, and acquire target customers to expand the company’s business.
  • Develop and execute sales plans for both standardised and customised logistics solutions.
  • Engage with clients to identify unstated logistics needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect to design complex logistics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across organisational levels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating closely with delivery and operations teams.
