About the Role

You will qualify inbound leads, decide which opportunities you can close yourself, and identify larger or more complex deals that should be passed to Account Executives. You will manage smaller and mid-sized deals from start to finish.

This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in the Philippines, this will follow EST schedule (MNL time - Night Shift).

Responsibilities

Lead Qualification and Routing

  • Review inbound leads and assess company size, budget, and complexity.
  • Ask clear, practical questions to understand customer needs, timelines, and use cases.
  • Manage the full sales process for small and mid-sized deals.
  • Pass larger or complex opportunities to Account Executives with complete and clear notes.

Customer Communication and Technical Accuracy

  • Confirm that recommended solutions fit the customer’s space, setup, and technical requirements.
