Overview

Maintain and grow parts and service sales within assigned territory.

Basic Duties

  • Assists customers with sales needs. This includes establishing, qualifying, maintaining contact with small to medium-sized customers to increase sales of machines, work tools, rentals, parts and service solutions.
  • Mail and email electronic and other promotional campaigns to assigned accounts.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales.
  • Measure U/C and report to customer with quote.
  • Conduct TA1 inspections and report to customers with quotes.
  • Manage 300 to 500 active customer accounts.
