Job Title: Inside Sales– Lead (5+ Years Experience)

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Department: Sales

Experience Required: 5+ Years in IT Hardware & Software Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Inside Sales

Budget: 10 LPA

Detailed JD:

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and skill development programs to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure 100% target allocation and tracking.

2. Revenue Ownership & Sales Execution

  • Own and drive inside sales targets for IT hardware across B2B/B2C segments to Achieve Sales Team Target’s.
  • Ensure strong pipeline management with a focus on closing maximum opportunities and maintain in CRM.
  • Maintain deal profitability margins as per company benchmarks with Sales Manager’s.

3. CRM & Process Compliance

  • Ensure 100% CRM adoption with real-time updates on leads, opportunities, and closures.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to maintain forecast accuracy (>90%) and 3x pipeline coverage.
  • Enforce compliance with pricing, proposal, and documentation SOPs.

4. Market & Product Strategy Alignment

  • Conduct monthly product training sessions and OEM updates for the team.
  • Collaborate with product/marketing teams to refine offerings based on customer feedback.

5. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

  • Ensure adherence & guidance to lead generation cadence.

6. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Support ISRs in closing key enterprise accounts through joint calls and escalations with Sales Manager.
  • Maintain a 90%+ CSAT score for inside sales-managed accounts.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, Sales Team, logistics, and support teams for seamless order execution.

7. Business Reporting & Strategic Insights

  • Deliver weekly dashboards on sales performance, KPIs, and forecast health.
  • Provide monthly insights on top-performing segments, products, and customer feedback.
  • Recommend process improvements and strategic initiatives quarterly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: **+ years in inside sales, with **+ years in leadership (IT hardware/Sales).
  • Skills:
  • Strong CRM (Zoho) and sales analytics expertise – Preferred.
  • Exceptional coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and process orientation.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware (laptops, servers, networking, storage, etc.).
