Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Create and nurture strong relationships with the portfolio of agents to ensure a long-lasting business collaboration with Ria.
- Act as a problem-solver when agent faces issues with their day-to-day Ria business.
- Self-organize a smarty-structured weekly plan to meet set targets.
- Know how to resolve anything from system queries.
- Provide or update branding solutions for existing agents in accordance with Marketing Department’s guidelines.
- Support new and existing agents and assist them with troubleshooting equipment.
- Increase sales and market share of existing products (money transfers, money orders, mobile top-ups, bill payment, and check cashing)
- Analyze company reports and market data to address, reinforce and correct performance trends to capitalize on market opportunities for new and existing Agents.
