Key Responsibilities

Process RFQs (requests for quotes), provide pricing/delivery info, and negotiate deals via phone, email, or CRM systems.

Maintain customer pipelines, follow up on leads, and upsell/cross-sell products like passives or semiconductors.

Collaborate with field engineers, track inventory needs, and resolve issues like shortages or obsolescence.

Required Skills

Strong communication for cold calling, client advising, and technical discussions on specs.

Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), MS Office, and ERP for quoting and forecasting.

Technical knowledge of electronics markets, ideally 4-5+ years in components sales.
