Job Description
Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to close, for a portfolio of strategic accounts. Working collaboratively with field sales, marketing, and customer success teams, this role drives pipeline growth, builds strong customer relationships, and supports revenue attainment through proactive and consultative engagement.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
• Qualify and manage inbound and outbound sales leads.
• Identify customer needs and propose relevant Infor solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and virtual demos.
• Manage and maintain a sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce).
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute territory plans.
• Provide timely, accurate forecasts and updates to sales leadership.
• Stay current on Infor's product portfolio and industry trends.
