Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through inbound and outbound methods
• Conduct business-to-business (B2B) sales conversations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand client needs and offer tailored product or service solutions
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and close deals
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Provide timely and accurate product information

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate
• Minimum of 2 years combined experience in sales and customer care (CCE)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
