Job Description
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Materials team in Tijuana. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, Sales, and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless order execution and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, delivering world-class customer service
Coordinate globally with Production, Planning, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Sales teams
Manage sales order activities, including order entry, confirmations, changes, and tracking in ERP systems
Support forecasting, bookings, and demand planning to achieve annual sales goals
Collaborate on NPI activities, invoicing support, and RMA processes
Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP systems while ensuring compliance with Quality and Environmental Management Systems
