Role Overview:-

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for the US region plays a pivotal role in generating qualified pipeline for Microland’s Digital Infrastructure Services portfolio. The ISR is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying potential customers while collaborating closely with Business Development and Marketing teams. This role demands strong research, communication, and prospecting skills to drive engagement with enterprise-level prospects across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, segment, and research target accounts across key US industries.
  • Build high-quality lead and contact lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.
  • Execute structured outbound outreach via email, phone, and social selling.
  • Nurture early-stage leads and progress them to sales-ready conversations.
