Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Lead generation and schedule face-to-face meetings for the Managers/Seniors.
- Maintain lead records and meet calling targets
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (Cargo Logistics preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across assigned regions and focus sectors.
- Conduct market mapping and maintain customer intelligence within the region.
- Identify, prioritize, and acquire target customers to expand the company’s business.
- Develop and execute sales plans for both standardised and customised logistics solutions.
- Engage with clients to identify unstated logistics needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to design complex logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across organisational levels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating closely with delivery and operations teams.
