Job Summary

Responsible for processing orders, email or other electronic communication. Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via national account managers, telephone, e-mail. Coordinate with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Provide sales support to existing national accounts by processing EDI orders received via EDI and other purchasing customer platforms.
