Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling using assigned leads

  • Engaging with prospective clients and converting them into potential customers

  • Owning and achieving/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads

  • Customer Engagement & Operations – managing leads (service requests) and ensuring continuous engagement throughout the sales lifecycle

  • Process-oriented approach – data-centric mindset with the ability to design smart and efficient processes for superior customer experience

  • Tracking each opportunity/lead (service request) and ensuring related tasks are completed on time
