Role - Inside Sales Specialist

Required Responsibilities -
- Partnering with account managers and sales leaders to finalize the target messaging, persona targets, and account strategy
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest by proposing offering that suits their pain points.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
Technical Skills Required -
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Should be open to work in Nights shifts.
- Track record of over-achieving quota of qualified opportunities and pipeline generated
- Preferable experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Graduates are preferred.
