Career Guidance and Counseling:

Engage with prospective students and their families to discuss suitable career options and educational courses.

Provide clear, comprehensive information to spark interest in our programs.

Student Lifecycle Management & Admission:

Oversee the entire student journey, from prospecting and counseling to admission, orientation, and ongoing

support.

Responsible for Converting Prospects into admissions and meet the Weekly/Monthly Targets

Manage fee structures and supervise fee software for various programs.

Compliance and Internal Processes:

Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements.

Effective Communication:

Deliver consistent follow-up through counseling and support to potential students.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, and assist walk-in clients to maximize conversion rates.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in any field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Empathy, patience, and the ability to relate to students from diverse backgrounds.

Problem-solving skills with the capability to work independently.

Prior experience in a counseling or advisory role is a plus for experienced candidates.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Confident, highly motivated, and energetic.

Resourceful and a proactive problem solver.
