Location: Dwarka (WFO)

We are looking for a tech-savvy Inside Sales Executive with hands-on experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, and pre-sales activities. The role involves leveraging modern sales tools and digital platforms to identify, engage, and qualify prospects while supporting the overall sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and databases
  • Use lead intelligence and enrichment tools such as Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, or similar
  • Initiate first-level conversations with prospects and qualify leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/closing team
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM
  • Track daily outreach metrics (calls, emails, connects, meetings booked)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales or outbound lead generation
  • MBA degree (Marketing / Sales / Business Administration preferred)
  • Hands-on experience using Lusha or similar prospecting tools
  • Tech-savvy with strong comfort in using digital tools, CRM platforms, and sales technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with cold calling, email outreach, and objection handling
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and client acquisition
  • Proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
