Job Location: Gurgaon (Sector -32)
Roles & Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client’s mission, directly engaging with potential learners and driving enrolments into our career advancement programs.
 Lead Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential learners via phone, email, chat, and
social media to generate interest in our client’s programs.
 Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales lifecycle including lead nurturing, product
demonstrations, closing sales, and post-sales follow-up.
 Consultative Selling: Understand learners' career aspirations and recommend suitable
programs that match their goals.
 Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with
learners throughout the sales journey.
 CRM Management: Accurately log and maintain a detailed record of all customer
interactions in the CRM system.
 Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academics, operations) to ensure
a seamless learner experience.
Mandatory Skills & Competencies:
 Sales Acumen – Proven ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively.
 Goal Orientation – Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
 Customer Focus – Ability to genuinely engage with learners and provide solutions aligned
with their career goals.
 Communication & Influencing Skills – Confident speaker who can build rapport and
influence decision-making.
 Self-Motivation & Energy – High energy levels and a proactive approach to sales and
problem-solving.
 Integrity – Strong ethical standards and honesty in all interactions and commitments.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Graduate in any discipline
 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or education sales is an added advantage
 Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable
