Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Intern located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, assisting in the sales process, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and communicating effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable program guidance
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience or internship in *sales, **business development, or **Ed Tech* (preferred but not mandatory)
- Language Proficiency: Candidates who can communicate in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Hindi will be given preference
