Prorata is India’s pioneering fractional car ownership platform, transforming the way individuals access their dream cars. By allowing customers to co-own luxury vehicles with a minimum investment of 8.33% of the car's total cost, Prorata offers an innovative solution for leisure and lifestyle needs. The model ensures cost-effective usage without the burden of loans, EMIs, or rentals and includes 30 days of annual car use for five years. At the end of the period, the car is resold, and all co-owners receive their share of the resale value. Central to this model is the Prorata app, which simplifies reserving car access and includes doorstep pickup and drop-off services.
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential customers to understand their requirements, and presenting Prorata's unique service offerings. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining long-term client relationships, and contributing to customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly. Collaboration with the sales team to meet targets and drive business development is an integral part of this position.
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and engage potential customers.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information effectively and build client trust.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team and independently to achieve targets.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage customer inquiries and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a sales-driven environment or knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
