We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram with the following Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Lead qualification through company database and scheduling meetings with the Business Development team for strategic level leads.
  • Achieve a 10% direct sales quota for low ticket size deals.
  • Handling customer queries through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Developing strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • The role involves extensive and targeted tele-calling on a daily basis through the lead database.
  • To play a key role in engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with RECON's tailored consulting services to drive growth and success.
