Job Description

VELUX Türkiye Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for analyzing construction projects across Turkey that meet the defined regions and criteria, developing sales opportunities, and supporting the field team with accurate data, communication, and process management. This position is critical for effective project portfolio management, proper execution of CRM processes, and maintaining professional communication with customers/architects/investors.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze construction projects obtained from online sources and conduct initial contacts (especially phone calls) to classify the projects.
  • Communicate with investors, architects, and construction companies via phone, email, and online meetings to gather and verify project data.
  • Record high‑potential sales projects in the CRM system (AseLite) in accordance with company procedures, assign them to the relevant regional sales managers, and follow up on the process.
