We are looking for a tech-savvy Inside Sales Executive with hands-on experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, and pre-sales activities. The role involves leveraging modern sales tools and digital platforms to identify, engage, and qualify prospects while supporting the overall sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and databases
- Use lead intelligence and enrichment tools such as Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, or similar
- Initiate first-level conversations with prospects and qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/closing team
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM
- Track daily outreach metrics (calls, emails, connects, meetings booked)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales or outbound lead generation
- MBA degree (Marketing / Sales / Business Administration preferred)
- Hands-on experience using Lusha or similar prospecting tools
- Tech-savvy with strong comfort in using digital tools, CRM platforms, and sales technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with cold calling, email outreach, and objection handling
- Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and client acquisition
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
