Internship Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated individuals to join us as Inside Sales Interns . This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment and is ideal for freshers or students looking to kickstart their career in sales and business development.
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: 15,000 20,000 per month
- Opportunity: High-performing interns will be offered full-time employment after 3 months , along with a salary revision based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying, generating, and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound channels
- Support the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and maintaining professional communication
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to help convert leads into customers
- Learn and support the complete inside sales process, including CRM usage and client relationship management
- Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance
- Collaborate with team members to execute and refine sales strategies
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or marketing
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative
- Confidence in engaging with customers and handling objections professionally
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (not mandatory)
- Must have a personal laptop for official use
