We are expanding rapidly and looking for high-energy sales professionals who can help us scale the next multi-crore growth phase.
Role Overview
The Zea Cloud Inside Sales role is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospective customers, and supporting revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts. The role focuses on solution positioning and consultative selling of private and hybrid cloud offerings through remote sales channels.
The Inside Sales executive will manage the sales process from initial outreach and lead nurturing to proposal coordination and deal closure, while working closely with the technical and presales teams to understand customer requirements and present tailored cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Position Zea Cloud’s private cloud value proposition to CXOs, IT heads, and architects
Understand customer cloud strategy and map Zea Cloud solutions (Infrastructure-as-a-Service {Iaa S}, Platform-as-a-Service {Paa S}, Backup-as-a-Service {Baa S}, DR-as-a-Service {DRaa S}, SASE-as-a-Service {SASEaa S}, SOC-as-a-Service {SOCaa S}, Fin Ops etc.)
Prepare presentations, proposals, Bo Qs, and commercial offers
Work with presales to lead customer workshops, Po Cs, and solution walkthroughs
Maintain strong CXO relationships with SMB, BFSI, Saa S, IT/ITES, manufacturing, and enterprise accounts.
Track pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity progress in CRM
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Provide market insights, competition intel, pricing, and customer expectations
Experience Required
3–8 years in B2 B IT Sales with strong exposure to:
Private Cloud / Dedicated Cloud
Virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V)
Iaa S, Managed Services, Hosted DC, Colo
Compute, Storage, Networking
Backup, DR, HA, Firewalls, Security
Cloud pricing & TCO understanding
Skills & Competencies
Strong solution-selling approach (not transactional)
Excellent communication, storytelling & presentation skills
Ability to engage CXOs confidently
Strong proposal writing & documentation skills
Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
High ownership, self-driven, competitive mindset
Preferred Certifications
(Not mandatory, but a big plus)
VMware (VCP)
Open Stack
RHCE / Linux Admin
Cloud Fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP)
CCNA/CCNP
Storage/Virtualization certifications
