Overview
Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for selling Logitech’s B2B products, solutions, and services via telephone, email, and online platforms to customers within an assigned territory, industry or accounts. This role focuses on Enterprise Companies and main resellers, generating prospective customers through cold calling, qualifying sales leads, and managing inbound leads. You will deliver presentations and demos to highlight product advantages, maintain in-depth product knowledge, and utilize CRM tools like Salesforce.com to track leads. You will also develop strong relationships with potential customers, boost sales, and contribute to Logitech’s long-term business growth. The position reports directly to the Head of B2B Business in Brazil.
