- Monitoring of sales and service quotes with customers
- Management of customer portals Key Accounts
- Coordination of shipments
- Maintenance of the database of clients and prospects (sales and service)
- Support in the acquisition of new clients
- Document sales information in CRM
- Follow-up of the Sales Process and National Service
