Nova NRG is hiring inside sales support professionals to assist our field sales team in South Florida.

This position is responsible for outbound homeowner outreach, qualification, and appointment coordination. The focus is not on closing, but on creating strong, qualified handoffs for our in-home sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to homeowners
• Identify interest and qualify based on set criteria
• Schedule appointments accurately for the sales team
• Maintain clear and organized CRM records
• Follow call flow and quality standards
