Inside Sales Technical Representative - Asia Pacific

The inside Sales Technical Representative has the responsibility for the sale of K&Y Diamond products while ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Maintain and increase revenue from its accounts.
• Establish and develop key relationships at all levels of the account organization (purchasing, category management, pricing, technical, accounting, quality control).
• Be the main interface between external and internal clients.
• Achieve revenue and sales goals.
• Use and update the CRM.
• Prepare quotes with the help of engineering and ensure follow-up.
• Enter purchase orders in the ERP system and follow up with customers and operations.
