·Browsed products but did
not make any transaction





·Registered on the
platform without transacting





·Received cashback or
promotional credits in their accounts, etc





·Have connected via Call,
Chat, WhatsApp or website enquiries.





·Make timely and
persuasive outbound calls to re-engage these leads.





·Handle inbound inquiries
via Call/Chat/WhatsApp or Website and assist customers in navigating their
buying journey.





·Understand customer
needs, address concerns, and recommend the right products.





·Route interested
customers to the nearest store, if required, for offline exploration.





·Work closely with the
marketing and CRM teams to action warm leads efficiently.





·Maintain detailed records
of interactions and follow-ups using internal tools/CRM.





·Consistently meet or
exceed sales and conversion targets.





·Provide feedback to
internal teams on customer patterns and potential improvements in the buying
journey.
