Inside Sales/Intake  for Growing Advocacy Group in West Palm Beach

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company in West Palm Beach.  Great base salary and exciting opportunity for commissions!

This temp-to-perm position is highly customer service-oriented vs. high volume.  Calls can take up to an hour to gather information.  

Once permanent, the company offers PTO, health and dental insurance, and 401(K).

In this call center role, specialists will be:

• taking inbound and making outbound calls gathering accurate information from the customer to determine the best option for applicant. 
• filling out application forms
• meeting company productivity goals

Requirements include:

• Excellent phone skills
• At least 1 year in a customer service/call center position preferably with soft/inside sales activities
