Inside Sales/Account Manager/Customer Service

This position is responsible for the efficient and expedient flow of inside sales operations with a focus on
providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
Candidates must achieve a thorough knowledge and understanding of our Corporate and LLC
product offerings and attend all pertinent training opportunities.
Must contribute to overall sales growth by proactively interacting with dealers and increasing brand awareness.
Collaborate with team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality
of service is provided and all customer expectations are exceeded.
Collaborate with Sales team and Technical Support team to ensure tasks are completed and
quotes are provided within the defined parameters. If obstacles are met, elevate to necessary
parties to find resolution.
Review and prepare Dealer quotes based on specifications given by customer.
Manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
