We’re Hiring: Insights Analyst
Join our Client Insights team, where you’ll play a key role in transforming data into meaningful narratives for our clients. You’ll contribute to bespoke reporting, using both quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and guide strategic decisions.
Location: Mexico City
Work Style: Hybrid (3 days in-office)
What You’ll Do:
- Interpret customer requirements and translate them into clear reporting deliverables, including dashboards, queries, and recurring or ad hoc reports.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of earned and owned media data, including social listening outputs, news coverage, and content performance.
- Craft contextual insights based on performance metrics and KPIs, turning raw data into clear, concise storylines.
- Manage reporting workflows from setup to delivery, ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality.
- Maintain visual and formatting standards across deliverables, proofreading for clarity and data integrity.
- Address client inquiries and contribute to training and initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
- Utilize tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to extract data, synthesize findings, and package insights that inform strategic decisions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (client-facing roles are a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong report writing ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Interest in current affairs, mainstream media, and social media trends.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with remote teams.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office).
- Legal authorization to work in the country of hire.
