Support research project management and deliver actionable consumer insights to drive business strategies at Carlsberg Malaysia.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in all aspects of qualitative and quantitative consumer research
  • Support various tracking studies (e.g., Nielsen, Brand Health Tracker) and distill insights to shape brand, communications, and channel strategy
  • Review questionnaires and report deliverables
  • Interpret and analyze primary and secondary research data to provide value-added, actionable insights to key stakeholders
  • Manage external suppliers for consumer insights and research
  • Prepare and present regular market updates to stakeholders; assist in preparation of board files and commercial papers
