InSolare Energy - Business Analyst

<p>Key Roles & Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Analyze business objectives and translate them into actionable requirements and solutions<br/><br/>- Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization<br/><br/>- Lead ongoing business process reviews and implement improvement strategies<br/><br/>- Work closely with finance, IT, and reporting teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis<br/><br/>- Conduct requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder workshops<br/><br/>- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and reports<br/><br/>- Present insights, recommendations, and findings to stakeholders and senior management<br/><br/>- Stay updated with process, regulatory, and IT advancements to modernize systems<br/><br/>- Perform cost-benefit analysis and support negotiation and decision-making<br/><br/>- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clients, technical teams, and management<br/><br/>- Perform user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements<br/><br/>- Manage projects, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members<br/><br/>- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and end users<br/><br/>Experience Requirements:<br/><br/>- 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or analytics environments<br/><br/>- Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI-driven reporting<br/><br/>- Hands-on exposure to business process analysis and system implementation projects<br/><br/>Skill Sets & Competencies:<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills<br/><br/>- Clear understanding of business objectives and strategic alignment<br/><br/>- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication<br/><br/>- Knowledge of SQL and database management for data analysis<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
