Insolvency Accountant

As a Junior Insolvency Accountant or Accountant, you'll support senior team members across a range of corporate and personal insolvency appointments. You'll gain practical experience in investigations, financial analysis, creditor reporting, and compliance, while developing strong technical and commercial skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day management of external administrations, including liquidations, voluntary administrations, and bankruptcies
  • Conduct financial analysis, investigations, and prepare statutory reports
  • Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors, and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate files, documentation, and case records
  • Support the team with asset realisations, creditor communications, and compliance tasks
  • Prepare correspondence, minutes, and other formal documents

Your Experience

  • Degree in Accounting or part qualified
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
