Inspector Aide Department: Construction/CEI Employment Type: Full Time Location: Orlando, FL Description As a CEI Inspector Aide , you will be responsible for performing basic mathematical calculations and following simple technical instructions. Your duties will be to assist higher-level inspectors performing field surveying and construction layout verification, making, and checking engineering computations, inspecting construction work, and conducting field tests. Your Primary Responsibilities will include A daily documentation of the contractor's work efforts. Project field book preparation and documentation. Density logbook preparation and documentation. Material sampling and testing. Assisting with preparation of the Final Estimate package. Measure distances to verify the accuracy of dimensions of construction activity/layout.
