Job Description

The Assistant Installation Manager position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all aspects of installations are carried out efficiently, effectively, and fit the strategies and champions organizational policies, procedures and goals.

As Assistant Installation Manger you will oversee all aspects of our installation department.

Duties

• The Assistant Install Manager will lead both office and field teams, oversee more than 10 subcontractors and managing a team of over 2 office staff members.
• Ensure all jobs are completed within the designated timeframe and meet the highest standards of quality.
• Supervise sub-contracted installation crews when needed.
• Maintain adequate staffing of support staff and installation crews.
• Perform some order verifications as needed for scheduled installation jobs for orderable dimensions and special needs.
