Job Description
Kelly Services is hiring for an Install Tech/Driver in Longview, TX! We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to become part of our clients growing installation crew.
**Compensation:**
+ $19.00/hour for 1st 90 days and then will move to a piece rate pay
**Schedule:**
+ 7:00am to 4:00 pm
**No experience with window installation necessary!**
+ Experience with power tools and driving trailers required
+ Training provided
+ Advancement opportunities available
**Essential Tasks:**
+ Work closely with the Install Lead Technician to install windows, doors, patio doors, and sliders
+ Engage in finish trim work
+ Work with caulk
+ Drive a truck and trailer to jobsites
**Qualifications:**
+ Proficiency in carpentry skills such as trim carpentry and framing
+ Ability to accurately use a tape measure
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
