Job Description

Primary responsibilities:

• Install, set up and support the company’s software product

• Fix and debug installation and delivery issues

• Implement manual and full installations according to established procedures

• Install patches according to established procedures

• Act as a member of the team for day-to-day maintenance of the company client environments

• Strictly conform the company policies and standards to deliver a high level of service

• Search appropriate advice when encountering difficulties

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar

• Knowledge in Linux, UNIX or Unix-like

• Experience or knowledge in software application support

• Basic Relational Database concepts knowledge

• Advanced English in all areas (90%)
