We are looking for a motivated Supervisor Trainee for our Finland branch, located in Lempäälä. This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop into a professional within industrial construction and site supervision in a hands-on work environment. As a trainee supervisor, you will work alongside experienced supervisors, learn to participate in daily planning and coordination, and help ensure that all tasks are completed safely, with high quality, and on schedule.
