Description
The Installation Technician will be responsible for quality installation practices and customer training during installation of services including video, voice, and internet.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist installation and other teams with customer activation of fiber-optic telecommunication in subscriber homes (e.g., pulling low-voltage wire); including single family, condo and apartments in various locations.Install and service full video services, including analog, digital, and HD TVInstall, service, and disconnect telephone and internet customersPunch down telephone lines.Maintain a safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to safety policies, which includes practicing safe driving techniques.Install all types of CAT5/CAT6 drop wire and install connectors on CAT5/CAT6 drop wire.Trouble shoot video,...
