Job Description

* Protect the Installed Base through proactive customer engagement and pursuing all expiring support opportunities* Establish trusted customer relationships to develop an understanding of their business* Drive Installed Base growth by pursuing new business and upsell opportunities* Negotiate, structure, & close creative solutions that meet customer expectations* Build and maintain a sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting against quota* Lead in the development of territory plans, deal reviews and close plans* Be accountable and deliver against defined sales targets* Partner with the broader Sales and Account teams to deliver the best solution and service delivery to the customer* Collaborate with internal operations and pursuit teams to maintain accurate Installed Base data* Minimum 5 years sales experience (preferably in IT) with proven success in meeting and/or exceeding sales targets* Demonstrated ability to identifying upsell / cross sell opportunities within Enterprise & Mi...
