Job Summary

The Installer is responsible for performing physical installation, cabling, and basic setup of equipment at customer sites and data centers. This role supports project delivery by ensuring installations are carried out accurately, safely, and according to approved designs and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Physical Works

·       Install and mount equipment such as racks, devices, panels, and accessories.

·       Perform structured cabling (fiber, copper, power) including patching and dressing.

·       Ensure proper labeling of equipment, cables, and ports.

·       Maintain neat and organized rack layouts.

·       Support & Assistance

·       Support engineers during system setup, testing, and commissioning.

·       Assist with equipment handling, movement, and replacement.

·       Escalate any site or installation issues to the Team Lead or PM.
