We are a frozen food brand focused on ready-to-blend smoothies made for modern HORECA operations. Our products help cafés, cloud kitchens, hotels, QSRs, gyms and fitness studios to serve consistent, nutritious smoothies with zero prep, zero confusion, and minimal wastage .



Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy HORECA Sales Executive to onboard cafés, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, and QSRs for our ready-to-blend smoothie range. The role involves field sales, product demos, tastings, trial conversions, and relationship management .



Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and onboard HORECA clients (cafés, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, QSRs)
  • Pitch and explain the ready-to-blend frozen smoothie concept
  • Conduct product demos, tastings, and trials
  • Convert trials into repeat and monthly orders
  • Achieve monthly sales and outlet onboarding targets

Account Management

  • Build strong relationships with owners, chefs, and F&B managers
  • Ensure smooth reordering and client satisfaction
  • Gather feedback and support menu integration
  • Upsell new flavours and product extensions

Field & Operations Coordination

  • Plan and execute daily outlet visits
  • Coordinate with internal teams for:
  • Dispatch & Order fulfilment
  • Maintain lead trackers, visit reports, and order status
  • Follow up on payments as required



Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have

  • 1–4 years of HORECA / Institutional / B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling to cafés, restaurants, or food service outlets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with field sales and daily outlet visits
  • Ability to close deals after sampling/trials

Good to Have

  • Experience in frozen foods, beverages, dairy, FMCG, or food ingredients
  • Understanding of menu costing, margins, and wastage control
  • Existing HORECA contacts
  • Basic Excel or CRM knowledge
  • Familiarity with cold storage / freezer-based products
