Responsibilities

• Develop training materials: script training content, review and apply changes to meet standards, communicate with SMEs to validate changes, and collaborate with the project team to meet project requirements.
• Participate in implementation: schedule and deliver train-the-trainer sessions, identify required items before, during, and after training, and confirm that all technologies and facility requirements are enabled or prepared with the training delivery owner.
• Conduct training evaluation: evaluate training to determine if objectives were met using Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation, and review L1-L4 resul...
