The Manager Operational Training plays a critical role in leading the end-to-end execution of learning and development projects delivered by Design Services. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement. The Manager Operational Training partners with instructional designers, graphic designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), program owners and business stakeholders to coordinate resources, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and uphold our service delivery promise.
