Position Purpose
Provide structured, high-quality execution to clean, standardize, modularize, and catalog approximately ~~100 training slide decks. This role ensures brand consistency, usability, proper metadata tagging, and prepares a brand-flipped duplicate set for the partner organization. The work supports the client's scaling efforts and enables mentors to assemble 2- to 3-hour workshops efficiently.
Design and develop the Mentor Enablement Pack to support consistent delivery of the client's youth development programs. This includes building training documentation, facilitator guides, SOPs, run-of-show documents, micro-training, and evaluation tools tailored for middle and high school educational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Review, clean, and standardize ~100 PowerPoint decks following approved Master Template.
Apply correct typography, color palette, logo placement, and visual hierarchy.
