Instructional Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for an
Instructional Designer (Learning Experience Architect)
to design, build, and deliver high-quality learning experiences that enable scalable knowledge transfer across the organization. This role will be responsible for structuring learning programs, creating engaging asynchronous training content, and facilitating live training sessions, ensuring clarity, pedagogical consistency, and reusability of all learning materials.

You will play a key role in shaping how knowledge is created, shared, and consumed through our LMS (
Simetrik Academy
) and live training environments.
