Role Overview

This role involves end-to-end instructional design and development of Virtual Instructor-Led (VILT), Instructor-Led (ILT), and Online Learning (OLT/eLearning) programs. You’ll manage the full lifecycle — from defining learning objectives and outlining content to collaborating with SMEs and delivering high-quality courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver ILTs, VILTs, and OLTs.
